An auction was held on the Prozorro.Sales platform for the sale of the property complex of PJSC Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant. This is stated on the website of the Prozorro.Sales platform.
According to the released information, the winner of the auction for the sale of assets of PJSC Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant, held on November 6, was Stroy-assistant LLC.
The auction took place according to the Dutch auction model – to reduce the price. The initial price is 128 million hryvnia. The final value of the sold property was 14.08 million Hryvnia.
PJSC Dneprovsky Pipe Plant is one of the oldest Ukrainian enterprises of the industrial complex of ferrous metallurgy in Ukraine, part of the Industrial Union of Donbass corporation. The plant specializes in the production of seamless and electric-welded pipes, which are mainly used in construction. DTZ occupied 9% of the Ukrainian pipe products market. The number of personnel for 2017 was 1,192 people.
According to Youcontrol, Stroy-Assistant LLC was founded on September 12, 2014, the head of the company is Yuri Gasilo. The authorized capital is 10,000 hryvnias, the main activity is not specialized in wholesale trade.
