The national evaluation of nuclear and radiation safety of ZPPB materials was carried out in accordance with Article 40 of the Law of Ukraine “On Secondary Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety”. Also at the meeting of the Collegium, the results of the inspection, conducted on September 21-25, 2023 by the State Regulatory Commission from the findings of the DSNS of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, were reviewed. , DSTC NRS, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Permitted Activities in the Sphere of Natural Nuclear Energy” “.
After reviewing the results of the work carried out and the results of the tests, the Board of the Regulatory Authority said:
