The State Property Fund of Ukraine held 39 privatization auctions in October, where it sold assets worth UAH 372 million. The press service of the State Property Fund reported this on November 2.
“372 million hryvnias are the results of work in the field of small privatization of the State Property Fund for October,” the statement said.
In October, the State Property Fund conducted 39 online privatization auctions; the initial price of goods increased 1.4 times during transparent competition. The proposals include a unified property complex, warehouse and production facilities, administrative buildings and veterinary hospitals. A total of 244 entrepreneurs took part in the auction, with an average of more than six participants competing for each lot.
The most expensive assets in October were:

a unified property complex of the state enterprise Volyntorf, the winning price of which is 212.2 million Hryvnia;

warehouse space in Kyiv (35 million Hryvnia);

State Institute for Design of Mining Enterprises Krivbassproject (UAH 32.8 million);

Khmelnitsky prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise (32 million hryvnias);

wood processing workshops in Volyn (20 million Hryvnia).
