DTEK emphasized that it has undertaken the modernization of energy facilities through its own investment program. In total, about UAH 295 million was spent on the renovation, the press service added.
“Despite the war, DTEK Grids continues to create infrastructure for the restoration of Ukraine and the economy. This work is aimed at increasing the sustainability of the energy infrastructure. Thanks to the construction of new lines and modernized substations on the eve of winter, we have reduced emergency risks and increased the reliability of the 110 and 10 kV networks that supply the entire Kiev region and, in particular, energy-deficient areas,” said Vitaly Shaida, General Director of DTEK Kiev Regional Electric Grids.
