The official exchange rate of the dollar continued to decline. The American currency also accelerated its decline in the interbank market. It was found out on Monday, October 30.
Thus, the NBU set the hryvnia exchange rate against the dollar on October 31 at the level of 36.3659 hryvnia per 1 dollar (-0.0557 UAH). The single European currency immediately added 18 kopecks – 38.5624 hryvnia per 1 euro (+0.1850 UAH).
In the interbank market, the dollar exchange rate today fell to 36.33-36.35 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – this is 14 kopecks lower than at the close last Friday.
The average dollar cash exchange rate dropped another 9 kopecks to 37.90 in the sale. In turn, the euro exchange rate increased by 1 kopeck – 40.42.
We remind you that last week the NBU reduced the sale of foreign currency in the interbank market to $676 million. The regulator also bought $1.55 million.
