The World Bank’s International Investment Guarantee Agency has issued the first investment guarantees for private investors in Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
“Among the concluded agreements is insurance in the amount of up to $9.1 million for the M10 Industrial Park project in Lviv. A guarantee for investment and raised financing for the construction and operation of a warehouse complex and related infrastructure at M10 Industrial Park. The insurance covers military risks for 10 years,” the message said.
It is reported that the project insured by MIGA will help support the growth of the Ukrainian economy, create new jobs and tax revenues in the budgets of different levels, and the project will receive “green building” certification , which will create new industrial and logistics infrastructure, warehouse space and contribute to the region’s economic development. during the war and the restoration of the country after victory.
“The guarantees given by MIGA are a positive signal for new potential investors considering investing in Ukraine.
