The average value of the dollar in exchange offices decreased to 38.20 hryvnia, and the euro rate decreased to 41.15 hryvnia.
On the last working day of the week, the hryvnia exchange rate slightly strengthened against the dollar and the euro. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Friday, September 15.
So, today the average dollar exchange rate in Ukraine decreased by 5 kopecks – to 38.20 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate also fell by 5 kopecks – to 41.15 Hryvnia.
In exchange offices they bought a dollar for an average of 37.70 Hryvnia, and a euro for 40.50 Hryvnia.
The official fixed exchange rate of the NBU dollar since July 21 last year is 36.5686 hryvnia per dollar. The official exchange rate of the euro today is slightly lower and is 39.2381 hryvnia per euro (-0.0293 hryvnia).
Let us remind you that on Monday the Ministry of Finance expressed concern about the strong Hryvnia. After that, the national exchange rate of the cash market currency began to decline.
It was also reported that last week the National Bank sold the lowest currency in three months.
