Volyntorf State Enterprise put up for auction

The State Property Fund will hold a privatization auction for the sale of the state-owned enterprise Volyntorf on October 6. The auction will take place in Prozorro.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine set up state enterprises for privatization Volyntorf at the starting price of 190.2 million UAH. This is reported by the press service of the State Property Fund.

“The State Property Fund will hold a privatization auction for the sale of a state-owned enterprise on October 6 Volyntorf. The auction will take place on Prozorro.Sales,” reports the press service of the fund.

It is reported that 109 real estate units (industrial, warehouse, administrative premises, etc.) with a total area of ​​more than 21 thousand square meters are put up for sale. m. The business includes a separate division, Manevitsky Peat Plant.

The company has 302 employees and has 164 vehicles on its balance sheet.

The SPFU said the company has special permits for subsoil use in the Zasvetya Sitnelyuk (for 18 years) and Soine (19 years) fields.

According to the Fund, GP Volyntorf for the first half of 2023 it received UAH 90.4 million in revenue, for 2022 – UAH 200 million. For January – June 2023 Volyntorf earned UAH 6.2 million in net income, and for the whole of 2022 – UAH 10.6 million.

The guarantee fee for participation in the auction is UAH 38 million (excluding VAT).

We remind you that in the first quarter of this year, the State Property Fund got a record amount for 10 years. Logistics, trade, warehouse, and liquor assets are up for auction.

In six months, the SPF got UAH 1.82 billion from the state budget.
