As of September 1, more than 33 million tons of new crops have been harvested in Ukraine, including 29.184 million tons of grain and more than 4 million tons of oilseeds. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

22.142 million tons of wheat were harvested from 4.688 million hectares (yield – 47.2 c/ha), 5.809 million tons of barley from 1.498 million hectares (yield – 38.8 c/ha) and 385.7 thousand tons of peas/1 q ha ), buckwheat – 27.7 thousand tons from 19.8 thousand ha (yield – 14 q/ha), millet – 34.1 thousand tons from 16.7 thousand ha (yield – 20 .4 q/ha), other cereals and legumes – 785.4 thousand tons from 265.3 thousand ha.
The largest threshing was registered in the Odessa region – 3.2 million tons, the highest yield of grain and leguminous crops – in the Khmelnytsky region – 64.5 c/ha.
Agricultural producers of Vinnytsia, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kiev, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv regions began to harvest buckwheat and millet, Odessa, Ternopil and Kherson regions – millet.
In 17 regions, rapeseed harvesting has been completed, 3.997 million tons of seeds were harvested from 1.393 million hectares (yield – 28.7 q/ha). 49.4 thousand tons of sunflower seeds were threshed (yield – 19.3 c/ha), soybeans – 30.6 thousand tons (yield – 27.3 c/ha).
