Aviatech India Private Limited (India), Aviatechsales Ltd (Great Britain), Airborne Repairs FZE (United Arab Emirates), SC Neves 77 Solutions SRL (Romania) caused more than UAH 45 million damage to a business owned by state. In this regard, the GPO filed a complaint regarding the commission of criminal offenses under Part 4 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud committed on a particularly large scale or by an organized group).
On July 13, 2023, the investigator, the judge of the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv, ordered to enter information about the crime in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, respectively, the National Police of Ukraine will will organize the investigation and the issue. Their arrest in absentia will be decided by the officers of the unscrupulous foreign counterparts and the relevant information will be sent to the search bases through Interpol channels.
According to part 4 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, a crime is punishable by imprisonment for up to twelve years with confiscation of property.
