In Ukraine, the update of the functionality for publishing information in the estimate documentation has started. Today, on the portal of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction, it is possible to upload object and local estimates.
In Ukraine, estimates of objects being built for state or public funds are opened. This was announced on his Facebook page by the Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration – Minister for the Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov.
“The portal of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction has an updated function for publishing information on estimate documentation. This means that from now on, when uploading a construction project to the system , the estimated cost will be detailed with it, because an automatic check for the mandatory load as part of the estimate of the object documentation and local estimates. Previously, only the total cost was visible in the system,” wrote he.
According to Kubrakov, it is possible to familiarize yourself with the information in the relevant section at the link.
“Open access to such data provides an opportunity for the public and any interested party to review the spending of public funds on construction. I would like to say that this is not only a step towards transparency in the construction industry – this is our systematic and consistent position on the full openness of the restoration process. Thank you for your cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and our USAID/UK aid partners of the Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS project, ” concluded the Deputy Prime Minister.
Recall that in early July, the government allocated UAH 16.369 billion to the regions for restoration and transformation projects.
