A number of assets of the Russian holding, located in the Kharkov and Poltava regions, were transferred to the state company.
The Cabinet of Ministers decided to switch to the management of a state-owned company Ukrnafta about 100 gas stations, an oil depot and a number of Russian-owned vehicles Tatneft. This was announced on August 16 by the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA).
It was noted that the largest oil and gas company in Ukraine became the manager of the arrested assets, located in Kharkiv and Poltava regions.
“In order to avoid further disruption in the functioning of the asset and to quickly transfer it to management, a special procedure was used to determine the manager by order of the Cabinet of Ministers, provided for in Article 21-1 of the law. in ARMA,” the release said.
As stressed by the head of ARMA Elena Duma, from now on more than 100 filling stations will provide stability to the energy market and income to the state budget, and not to Russian beneficiaries.
It will be recalled that in June last year, 115 real estate objects of the Russian Federation were arrested in Ukraine. Tatneft: oil depots, gas stations, non-residential buildings, land plots, 118 gas trucks and cars.
