The Cabinet of Ministers ordered Naftogaz to sell gas to hot water producers at UAH 7,420 per thousand cubic meters. This is stated in the government resolution on Regulation on the imposition of special obligations on the subjects of the gas market.
“From June 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022 (inclusive), Naftogaz Trading Gas Supply Company LLC will sell natural gas to energy producers, including for associations of co-owners of buildings apartments, housing construction cooperatives (housing), managers of apartment buildings in the quantity required for the provision of hot water services at the price of UAH 7,420, plus value added tax per 1,000 cubic meters of gas, “said the report.
At the same time, a tariff for gas transportation services and a coefficient are added to the price, which is applied in case of ordering capacity for the next day.
Earlier, Naftogaz denied rising gas prices.
It was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers approved a draft law, which, among other things, provides for the introduction of a moratorium on increasing gas prices and tariffs for thermal energy.
The Office of the President ensured that during martial law, the price of gas for the population should remain unchanged.
