And compared to July 2022, this number has doubled.
Of the 3,464 electric vehicles registered in July 2023, 586 were new and 2,878 were used.
The most popular new EV on the market in July was the Volkswagen ID.4 (214 units), followed by the Volkswagen ID.6 (44 units) and the FAW Toyota BZ4X (38 units).
Also included in the top 5 are Honda E (36 units) and DongFeng Honda M-NV – 32 units.
Among first-time registered used electric vehicles, the Nissan Leaf (535 units) leads the way, followed by the Volkswagen e-Golf (394 units) and the Tesla Model 3 (289 units).
In addition to them, the top 5 includes Tesla Model Y (190 units) and Renault Zoe (155 units).
“In general, since the beginning of the year, more than 16 thousand vehicles on battery power sources have passed their first registration in Ukraine, which is almost three times more than in the same period last year,” said of the report.
