Overall, Ukraine exported more than 29 million tons of corn, 16.8 million tons of wheat and 2.7 million tons of barley.
Ukraine, following the results of the marketing year – from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 – was able to export 48.99 million tons of grain and leguminous crops under war conditions. This was confirmed by data from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food on Monday, July 3.
Overall, Ukraine exported 16.836 million tons of wheat, 2.704 million tons of barley, 18 thousand tons of rye and 29.128 million tons of corn.
At the same time, for the last marketing year (from July 2021 to June 29, 2022), Ukraine exported 48.355 million tons of grain and legumes, including: 18.72 million tons of wheat, 5.747 million tons of barley, 161.5 thousand tons of rye and 23.40 million tons of corn.
In June of this year, Ukraine exported 3.658 million tons of grains and legumes (for 29 days of June last year – 1.256 million tons), in particular:

1.338 million tons of wheat (in June last year – 122 thousand tons);

57 thousand tons of barley (in June last year – 31 thousand tons);

2.257 million tons of corn (1.092 million tons).
In addition, since the beginning of MY 2022/2023, Ukraine exported 153.6 thousand tons of flour (in MY 2021/2022 – 70.7 thousand tons).
In turn, profile journalist Anna Kovalchuk reported which countries have become the largest consumers of Ukrainian grain.
In particular, during the last marketing year, Romania increased its share of Ukrainian wheat exports from 0.5% to 15.8%, and the export equivalent increased from $26 million to $500 million throughout the year .
The direction of the wheat trade in Spain increased from 0.8% to 14%, and the volumes increased to 2.5 million tons.
Turkey increased its export share of wheat from 10% to 20%, barley – from 19% to 23%, oats – from 0 to 4%, vegetable oil – from 3.5% to 19%.
China also entered the top 5 buyers of vegetable oil, corn and barley.
Bangladesh, which bought grain with UN funds, also entered the top five countries – buyers of food grains.
Poland ranks fifth in wheat consumers, eighth in barley, and seventh in corn. For rapeseed, rye and cake – in the first place.
Recall that Ukraine is already harvesting a new crop of winter crops – barley, wheat and peas. At the same time, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy slightly improved the forecast for the grain harvest.
