Employees of production and repair enterprises can receive the first team award at the end of July.
company Metinvest introduced from June 1 an additional bonus for employees of manufacturing and repair enterprises in Ukraine. It was reported on its website on Monday, June 26.
It is noted that the size of the bonus can reach 25% of the salary, and more, depending on the fulfillment of the group of enterprises of the team tasks assigned to them and the achievement of high results, despite the difficult conditions that exist in Ukraine due to the full-scale war with Russia.
Employees of production and repair enterprises that have achieved certain indicators will receive the first team award at the end of July. But the terms of the award will vary depending on the field of activity of businesses.
