On Monday, the dollar was bought in exchange offices, on average, at 36.85 hryvnia, and the euro – at 40.20 hryvnia.
The exchange rate of the Hryvnia on the cash market fell slightly at the beginning of the new working week. It is reported RBC-Ukraine with reference to market tracking data as of Monday, June 19.
Thus, the average dollar exchange rate in Ukraine increased by 5 kopecks – up to UAH 37.35. The euro exchange rate increased by 10 kopecks – up to 40.90 hryvnia per euro. In exchange offices, they buy the dollar, on average, at 36.85 Hryvnia, and the euro – at 40.20 Hryvnia.
The official fixed dollar exchange rate of the NBU is 36.5686 hryvnia per dollar. On June 19, the official exchange rate of the euro increased significantly and reached UAH 40.081 per euro (+0.5119 UAH).
Recall that last week the NBU increased sales of dollars from foreign exchange reserves by a third – up to 436 million. Since the beginning of the year, the regulator has spent $ 11.3 billion to support the balance of the market.
It was also recently learned that the National Bank has eased some of the currency restrictions.
