Senator Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) Paused Wednesday in an interview with a British reporter before answering a painful question about the US mass shooting epidemic.
“You know, it’s easy to get into politics,” he said, before rejecting earlier proposals to end gun violence.
“Suggestions from Democrats and Media?” Inevitably, when a violent psychopath kills people … If you want to stop violent crime, what suggestions do Democrats have? “None of them are stopping him,” Cruz said.
Stone added that the United States is an “exception” when it comes to mass shootings – 288 school shootings in 2009-2018 – 280 more than the next leading country, Mexico.
“Why only in America? Why is this American exclusivity so ugly? Pietra asked.
Cruz Stone used the famous Republican slogan and used his answer to focus on everything but the question being asked.
“You know, I’m sorry that America’s exclusivity is horrible. You have your own political agenda.” My God, I love you, “Cruz said.
The reporter was frightened.
“Senator, I just want to understand why you don’t think guns are a problem. “It’s just an American problem,” he asked.
When the cruise passed, Stone asked again: “You can’t answer can you?”
Cruz then accused Stone of not liking the United States
“Why do people come to America from all over the world?” Because it is the freest, most developed and safest country in the world. “Stop being a propagandist”.
While Cruz avoids answering questions about the problem of gun violence in America, he tries to offer possible solutions. He suggested that the solution to school shootings was fewer doors and more guns, a suggestion that many found ridiculous.
On Thursday, Cruz revealed that he will continue to stand with his friends in the gun hall and speak at the National Arms Association Congress next weekend in Houston.
“I’m going there because what the Democrats and the press are trying to do after every shot at the masses is they’re trying to demonize the law-abiding gun owners, trying to demonize the NRA,” he said. on CBS Dallas. Fort Worth.
