“You know, it’s easy to get into politics,” he said, before rejecting earlier proposals to end gun violence.

Stone added that the United States is an “exception” when it comes to mass shootings – 288 school shootings in 2009-2018 – 280 more than the next leading country, Mexico.

Cruz Stone used the famous Republican slogan and used his answer to focus on everything but the question being asked.
