The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is conducting searches on Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) and at the home addresses of some of its employees by hiring for industrial needs. This was announced by the company’s press service on Tuesday, May 30.
“I stress again that it is among my priorities as a leader Ukrzaliznytsia – overcome the schemes of corruption. Today, I personally gave all the explanations to NABU about possible procurement abuses,” said Evgeny Lyashchenko, head of the UZ board.
