There has been a failure in the work of the Nova Poshta mobile application, which has been ongoing since the evening of Wednesday, May 17. Due to technical problems, it is not possible to use the post office and related services. Customers will be offered options for receiving parcels, the press service of the company reports.
“Unfortunately, due to a technical failure, the Nova Poshta mobile application is temporarily not working. Therefore, it is impossible to use the post office and all services from the application,” the message said.
The company said that everyone waiting for a parcel at the post office will receive a call from the operator today and clarify their preferences: a convenient delivery method or the opportunity to wait for delivery at the post office.
In Nova Poshta branches, all services for sending parcels and cargo, as well as financial services, are available. All other digital contact points – API, business account, website – also work.
“We are making every effort to resume operation of the mobile application as soon as possible. As soon as we resume its operation, we will immediately inform you on social networks and on the company’s website,” the company assured.
As a reminder, on February 14, there was a failure in the work of Nova Poshta, due to which the branches did not work. The company was able to resume operations the same day.
