Among the largest financial donors to the Ukrainian budget are the European Union, the United States and the International Monetary Fund.
Ukraine has received about $17 billion in financial aid from foreign partners since the beginning of the year. Said data was published by the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday, May 17.
It is indicated that in less than five months of this year, the total amount of financing of the state budget of Ukraine reached 841.6 billion Hryvnia, or 23 billion dollars. Of this, $6.1 billion was received through the issuance of domestic government bonds (OVGZ).
In turn, foreign partners have provided $16.9 billion since the beginning of the year. Of these, the EU allocated $6.5 billion, the US – $4.75 billion, the IMF – $2.7 billion, Canada – $1.75 billion.
In addition, the World Bank allocated $505 million, the UK – $498 million, Germany – $52 million, Spain – $50 million.

It was previously reported that the G7 countries have increased aid to Ukraine to $44 billion in 2023 and early next year.
It was also reported that Ukraine could raise up to $8 billion with South Korea on favorable terms.
