At PrivatBank on Saturday, April 29, there was a major failure in operations. This was reported by Oleg Gorokhovsky, co-founder of monobank.
According to him, monobank clients cannot withdraw money or transfer funds to a Privat card.
“We see problems when paying with our cards at Privat terminals, when withdrawing money from Privat ATMs, when p2p in Privat. Apparently, there is a failure in PrivatBank,” Gorokhovsky wrote.
In PrivatBank itself, Suspilny was informed that they were dealing with the situation. There was no technical problem on the part of the bank – previously, there was a failure on the part of the payment systems, specified Oleg Serga, the bank’s press secretary.
He added that the terminals of other banks were working intermittently. When the problem will be fixed is still unknown.
It will be remembered that in February 2023, the Supreme Court confirmed the legality of the nationalization of PrivatBank. Because of this decision, it is impossible to return the bank to its former owners.
