The necessary equipment was received by the operator of the electricity distribution system of one of the regions bordering the Russian Federation.
The Energy Support Fund of Ukraine, established under the Energy Community Secretariat, provided 12 transformers to Ukrainian power engineers. This was announced on April 6 by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
It is noted that the donor, at the expense of which the purchase was made, is the Danish Energy Society.
The necessary equipment worth more than two million hryvnias has already been received by the operator of the electricity distribution system in one of Russia’s border regions.
The ministry noted that there are 41 companies on the list of enterprises selected for the purchase of equipment, fuel and services at the cost of the Energy Support Fund, and this list will be expanded in the process of filling the fund.
Fund recipients include companies that provide generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy, storage, distribution and transportation of natural gas, as well as companies in the extractive industry.

In total, the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine received more than 154 million euros from 12 states, organizations and companies.
Recall that earlier, as part of assistance in restoring Ukraine’s energy system, Lithuania provided a powerful power autotransformer that can power up to 200,000 households.
