The US dollar continues to fall in Ukrainian exchange offices for the third day in a row. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to market monitoring data on Wednesday, April 5.
Thus, the exchange rate of the cash dollar in the sale fell by 20 kopecks – to 37.50 Hryvnia per dollar. The euro exchange rate decreased by 5 kopecks – to 40.50 hryvnia per euro.
Today, the average dollar exchange rate on the cash market in Ukraine is:

purchase – 37.00 UAH (37.10 – April 4)

sales – 37.50 UAH (37.70 – April 4) per dollar.
The average euro exchange rate is:

purchase – 39.80 UAH (39.85 – April 4),

sale – 40.50 UAH (40.55 – April 4) per euro.
The official fixed exchange rate of the National Bank is UAH 36.5686 per dollar (effective from July 21, 2022). At the same time, the official exchange rate of the euro on April 5 increased by more than 10 kopecks – 39.8653 Hryvnia per euro (+0.1043 Hryvnia).
Remember, following the results of March, Ukrainians reduced the purchase of foreign currency in banks. Demand for non-cash money is also fragmented.
