On Monday, May 16, another failure occurred at PrivatBank, due to which users had difficulty logging into the mobile application.
PrivatBank’s press service acknowledged the difficulties and promised to fix the problems within an hour.
“Now there are temporary problems for customers logging in to the Privat24 application. Specialists are working to fix the failure. We will fix it within an hour,” the bank said in a statement.
By the way, this is not the first failure in recent times. So, on May 12, the Privat24 mobile application and Internet banking stopped working. Clients cannot log in.
Also on the night of April 18, he carried out the next phase of maintenance work on Privat24. Some of the services are undergoing maintenance, so the application and the web version are not available.
