As of February 28, Ukraine’s state and state-guaranteed debt was UAH 4,242.16 billion, or $116.01 billion. This was confirmed by data from the Ministry of Finance on Monday morning, March 27.
It is indicated that in February 2023, the amount of Ukraine’s debt was reduced in hryvnia equivalent by UAH 21.62 billion and in dollar terms by $0.59 billion.

Recall that in January 2023, the amount of public and guaranteed debt of Ukraine increased by more than $5 billion and exceeded $116 billion.
