In the Ukrainian exchange offices on Tuesday, March 14, the dollar exchange rate on sale fell by 5 kopecks to 38.7 Hryvnia per dollar. The euro rose by 10 kopecks to 41 hryvnia per euro. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine in connection with market monitoring data.

The official fixed rate set by the National Bank of Ukraine is 36.57 hryvnia per dollar (effective from July 21, 2022). At the same time, the euro exchange rate on March 14 was 39.1 hryvnia per euro (+0.36 hryvnia).
Recall that in February the situation in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine improved significantly, and one of the reasons was the termination of the financing of the state budget deficit through the issuance of the Hryvnia by the NBU.
