On March 1, the average cash dollar selling rate in banks, compared to February 28, fell by 30 kopecks and reached UAH 38.70.
In Ukrainian exchange offices on Wednesday, March 1, the dollar exchange rate on sale fell by 30 kopecks to 38.70 Hryvnia per dollar. The euro fell by 50 kopecks to 40.95 hryvnia per euro. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to market monitoring data.
In the cash market, the average dollar exchange rate in Ukraine is:

purchase – 38.25 UAH (38.50 – February 28),

sale – UAH 38.70 (39.00 – February 28) per dollar.
The average euro exchange rate is:

purchase – 40.15 UAH (40.40 – February 28),

sale – 40.95 UAH (41.45 – February 28) per euro.
The official fixed rate set by the National Bank of Ukraine is 36.56 hryvnia per dollar (effective from July 21, 2022). At the same time, the euro exchange rate on March 1 was 38.8231 hryvnia per euro (+0.2121 hryvnia).
Earlier it was reported that the National Bank of Ukraine is ready to abandon the fixed hryvnia against the dollar.
