Over S/63 849 107 allocated Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to the Ministry of the Interior (Mininter) for payment high risk bonus for the National Police.
The regulation was promulgated by Supreme Decree No. 022-2023-EF, which states that the money is used to finance the above bond under Declaration of a state of emergency.
Thus, the holder of the document authorized for this transfer of items approves, by means of a resolution, the disaggregation of the authorized resources within five calendar days from the entry into force of this legal provision.
A copy of the resolution is sent within five calendar days after approval to the authorities specified in subparagraph 31.4 of Article 31 of Legislative Decree No. 1440, Legislative Decree on the National Budgetary System.
The budget office, or one that takes its place in the relevant specifications, requests Main Department of the State Budget codifications that are required due to the inclusion of new items of income, purposes and units of measurement.
The Budget Office, or a person acting in its place in the relevant document, instructs the Executing Unit to prepare the relevant Budget Revision Notes as required by the provisions of this regulation. (Andean)
