This year, private sector companies will require about 348,000 new jobs, according to the Occupational Demand Survey of the Department of Labor and Employment Promotion (PETM).
Of this total, 78.8%, that is, almost eight positions out of 10, are seasonal, that is, they would be temporary. Only 21.2% of the jobs that will be offered will be permanent.
Most permanent positions (72.5%) will require experience earlier, while 99.1% would like to have at least one type of digital skill.
In addition, 39.6% of new permanent jobs require special training for staff.
