If the project is adopted, the amount of dividends to the state budget in 2023 will be about UAH 19.4 billion.
The Ministry of Economy has prepared a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the main criteria for reducing the share of profits for the payment of dividends for 2022 for state-owned enterprises and companies with state share of more than 50%.
The project provides:

approve the main criteria for reducing the share of profits directed to the payment of dividends based on the results of financial and economic activities of economic entities in 2022, in the amount of 50%;

for Oschadbank, Market Operator and Ukrhydroenergo, Ukrfinzhilya, Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company in the amount of 30%;

for PrivatBank in the amount of 80%.
According to preliminary calculations, if the project is adopted, the estimated amount of dividends to the state budget this year will be about UAH 19.4 billion (not including Naftogaz of Ukraine).
Recall that since the beginning of 2023, the state budget of Ukraine has received UAH 645 million from the privatization of state property.
