Among the goods for which zero quota has been set by government order are salt, fuel and precious metals.

The Government of Ukraine approved lists of goods whose export and import are subject to licensing, as well as quotas for 2023. Some goods have no quota (export ban). This is discussed in Decree No. 1466 of December 27, 2022.

According to the document, zero quota is set for goods:

salt fit for human consumption;

coal, anthracite; briquettes;

liquid fuel (fuel oil);

natural gas (Ukrainian origin);

firewood;

silver;

gold;

waste or scrap of precious metals.

Earlier, experts reported how the war affected Ukraine’s agricultural exports.
