“47 new wells this year were drilled by Ukrgasvydobycha. This figure is almost the same as before the war. 10 months of large-scale war, continuous shelling, fear of energy infrastructure have stimulated and angered our specialists ,” the report said.
It is indicated that gas producers are losing the speed of gas production in the east of Ukraine, but systematically increasing them in the west.
“Our gas workers achieved record drilling performance. In October 2022, the drilling division of Ukrgasdobycha – Ukrburgaz – set a record for monthly drilling footage – 30,505 m,” Naftogaz added.
It is known that Ukrgasdobycha launched 50 new wells in 2021 against 41 in 2020.
Recall that in the Kharkiv region, a new well was drilled in a depleted gas field, providing 140 thousand cubic meters. m of gas per day. This became possible thanks to updated geological data, as well as the use of the latest technologies.
