“The attacker is a representative of the Kharkiv organization of the Party of Regions. It is from this political force that he was elected to the Ukrainian parliament five times. seizing part of the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine,” said of the message.
According to the investigation, in August of this year, the person involved published a propaganda post on his official page in one of the social networks. He called on residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson, Zaporozhye and Kharkiv regions to support the occupiers and issue Russian passports.
Thus, the attacker “guarantees” the citizens of an honest attitude on the part of the aggressor, and also promises to “write off” the credit obligations.
In addition, he urged about the supposedly regular flow of “humanitarian aid” from Russia to the occupied regions of Ukraine and the “restoration” of destroyed infrastructure.
According to operational data, to avoid justice for the crimes committed, the attacker fled to Russia.
Based on the collected evidence, Ukrainian law enforcement officials suspect the defendant under the article about encroachment on the territorial integrity and invalidity of Ukraine (part 1 of article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Currently, the former Town Deputy is wanted. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the offense.

The special service also recalled that earlier the attacker was notified of a suspicion of the fact of the illegal alienation of more than 200 real estate objects and corporate rights of three Ukrainian companies.
According to SBU materials, in August of this year, the assets of the defendant in the amount of 600 million hryvnias were arrested. Subsequently, they were transferred to the National Agency for the Detection, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA).
earlier on Thursday the SBU reportedly detained a collaborator from the Party of Regions in Kherson. He threatened to be shot for refusing to “vote” in a pseudo-referendum.
