He also noted that the missile program approved in Ukraine is fully funded and under the control of President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Earlier, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov promised that the Ukrainian military would liberate Luhansk, Donetsk and Sevastopol by the spring of 2023.
