The analysis showed that the building was not subject to restoration. The regional council should consider the issue of writing it and removing the property lost there.

The military administration building of the Nikolaev region, which was destroyed in March by shelling of the Russian occupation troops, cannot be restored, so it will be demolished. This was announced by OVA head Vitaly Kim in an interview with Radio Liberty.

“Unfortunately, there is an analysis that it cannot be returned. The decision of the regional council will be made on its write-off and write-off of the properties lost there. I think that this will lead to its demolition and new construction ,” said Kim.

We remind, in Nikolaev in March the Russian troops reached the building of the regional administration. The Russians destroyed half of the building and ended up in Vitaly Kim’s office. Rescuers removed the bodies of seven dead from under the rubble, another 22 people were injured.
