Destroyed by rashists Chernihiv next year will be without a legally elected mayor. The court deprived Mayor Vladimir Atroshenko of the right to hold this post for a year and ruled that the official acted in a conflict of interest.
The Yavoriv District Court of the Lviv region imposed a fine of UAH 6,800 on him. and for a year deprived him of the right to hold positions related to the performance of the functions of the state or local self-government.
This is stated on the official website of the NAPC.
According to the administrative protocol of the NAPC, in July this year, during a working trip, Atroshenko, who was denied permission to cross the border due to the Krakovets crossing point, instructed his driver to transport his family’s Tesla car abroad. This is a “private interest” that Atroshenko had to report to the NAPC, the resolution says.
On July 2 of this year, Atroshenko intended to leave for Lugano, Switzerland, in a Tesla Model X car owned by his family.
According to Obshchestvennoye, the NACP sees the private interest of such a trip in the fact that on March 5, Atroshenko’s wife left Ukraine through the Shehyni checkpoint, according to the State Border Service, she was driving a Toyota Camry, which was on the right to use the Chernihiv City Council. Atroshenko himself did not agree with the content of the protocol and was going to appeal against it.
