A Ukrainian enterprise that exported parts for the repair of military equipment to the Russian Federation was exposed. This was reported to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
“According to the investigation, after the start of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, one of the Vinnitsa machine-building plants continued to cooperate with the aggressor country. Under martial law, the management of the plant arranged the supply of parts for the repair and maintenance of the machine manufacturing industry. These are gears, sectional pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic equipment used in military equipment,” the statement said.
Products are exported to the Russian Federation via roundabout routes – through Romania, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
“In order to avoid financial restrictions and withdraw non-cash funds from the Russian Federation, bank accounts opened in financial institutions of EU countries were used. So, in 2022, the shares that used for the repair of military equipment was exported to the Russian Federation , with a total of more than UAH 51 million,” – reported in the Prosecutor General’s Office.
During the searches, financial and economic documents proving trade in the Russian Federation were seized.
Recall that in the summer in Vinnitsa, on the initiative of the SBU, the assets of a Russian company worth more than UAH 2 billion were arrested.
