Montenegro decided to allocate 11% of its own military budget to help Ukraine. This was announced on December 5 by the press service of the country’s government.
“The Montenegrin government shows a clear determination to support the defense of Ukrainians with its allies, both by providing 11% of the military budget and by accepting thousands of refugees,” said of Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic’s office.
