An exclusive video of the exchange of prisoners, which took place on December 1, was shown by the Security Service of Ukraine.
50 soldiers returned home yesterday. From captivity, it was possible to release the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense, the Navy, the National Guard, and the State Border Service. This was reported on December 2 in the press center of the SBU.
The security service noted that the Ukrainian side managed to return home four officers, 46 privates and sergeants. In particular, 14 defenders of Mariupol were fired, including eight defenders of the Azovstal plant.
Most of the released fighters have wounds and injuries. Some of them are amputees or unable to move. These heroes need to undergo medical examination, treatment and rehabilitation.
Recall, 1 a new exchange of prisoners took place between Ukraine and the Russian Federation. 50 Ukrainian soldiers returned home. Among them were the defenders of Mariupol, wounded soldiers and prisoners held by the invaders in Olenivka.
