People’s Deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life Yulia Lyovochkina wrote a statement on the drafting of a deputy mandate.
This was announced in his Telegram channel today, November 30, by the deputy from European Solidarity Alexei Goncharenko.
In September, in Ukraine, by decision of the Administrative Court of Cassation, as part of the Supreme Court, the activities of the political party Opposition Platform – During Life were finally banned. Prior to that, relevant presidential decrees and decisions of the National Security and Defense Council appeared, based on evidence of the destructive activities of the party, collected as part of the SBU’s response to threats to national security.
Goncharenko notes that back in the summer, together with his colleagues, he submitted to parliament a draft resolution providing for the exclusion of all deputies from the Opposition Platform for Life from the Council.
Recall that recently, the 25,000 votes required for consideration by the president were received by a petition to deprive people’s deputies from the Opposition Platform for Life (OPPL) of their mandates.
