Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Nicu Popescu 23 November knowwho ordered to call the Russian ambassador to Moldova for an explanation regarding the power outage in the country due to the Russian strikes in Ukraine.
“The Russian Federation’s attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have once again left Moldova in the dark. I have ordered the Russian ambassador to be summoned for an explanation,” Popescu said.
According to him, there was a widespread power outage across the country, including Chisinau.
