Mayor Alexander Senkevich also reported on the shelling of Nikolaev on his Telegram channel.
He clarified that a child was injured and urged city residents not to ignore the alarm signal.
“During an air raid, you have to stay away from windows, follow the rules of two walls or hide in shelters,” Sienkiewicz urged.
