The city of Kherson on November 22 was under Russian shelling.

Before that, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Yaroslav Yanushevich, on the air of a nationwide marathon, announced two Kherson residents who were killed due to Russian shelling.
The Kherson City Council reported on Telegram that many houses in the private sector were damaged as a result of the shelling, and two fires broke out after the shelling. There was also a hit in the main gas pipeline.
As you know, the armed forces of Ukraine liberated Kherson on November 11. Russian invaders controlled the regional center for more than eight months – since March 2. After retreating from the city, Russian troops shelled Kherson from the left bank of the Dnieper.
Recall, on November 22, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk called on the residents of Kherson to evacuate for the winter to safer regions of Ukraine. The authorities promised the residents of the regional center free transport, housing, food and medicine.
