The loan amount bears interest at the rate of 1.04% per annum. The loan is repaid after 15 years from the date of termination of the agreement.

France will give Ukraine a loan of up to 100 million euros on favorable terms to finance the expenditures of the general fund of the state budget. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

“The French Development Agency has developed an initiative to provide Ukraine with a loan on preferential terms in the amount of up to 100 million euros. The Government of Ukraine has adopted a related resolution,” the statement said.

It is noted that interest accrues on the loan amount at a rate of 1.04% per annum. The final repayment of the loan is carried out after 15 years from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement (taking into account the grace period for deferring the repayment of the loan for a period of 5.5 years).

Recall that the United States will give Ukraine $4.5 billion.

It was also reported that Ukraine received $60 million from the World Bank.
