We are talking about the United States, Britain, Spain, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Finland, France and Sweden.
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that in the past ten days, ten countries announced decisions on new packages of military or financial aid for the purchase of weapons for Ukraine. He said this in an online briefing on November 22, Ukrinform reports.
According to Kuleba, the past few weeks have been particularly effective in meeting the priority needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for modern high-precision weapons. We are talking about air and missile defense systems, large caliber artillery, numerous rocket launch systems, armored combat vehicles, as well as ammunition for all these types of weapons.
“In the past ten days alone, decisions on new packages of military support or financial contributions for the purchase of weapons for Ukraine have been announced by ten countries: the United States, Great Britain, Spain, Canada, the Netherlands , Germany, Norway, Finland, France and Sweden,” said the minister.
He noted that most of these countries, as well as Australia, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and several other partners, continued to implement previously announced aid packages in defense.
The Foreign Minister called on all partners to strengthen military support for Ukraine.
“A particularly important task is to create a modern multi-level system of air and missile defense – an air shield that will protect the cities and people of Ukraine from Russian missile terror,” said Kuleba.
Recall that the United States published a report on the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
It was also reported that British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, during a visit to Kyiv, promised a new package of military aid to Ukraine, which includes air defense systems.
