Russia condemns Ukraine’s use of NATO weapons in alleged attacks on the Zaporozhye power plant.

On Monday, Ukraine’s prosecutors announced they had uncovered “torture sites” used by the Russians in Kherson, a southern city retaken by Kyiv forces after nearly nine months of Russian occupation.
