Victory is certain for Ukraine, but when it will happen is hard to say, stressed Andriy Yermak.
The Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak said that the forecasts for the end of the war in the spring of 2023 are “like a dream.” This is how he commented on the words of Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Defense Volodymyr Gavrilov, Ukrinform agency reported on November 19.

“This phrase of the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine seems like a dream. Of course, millions of Ukrainians dream of ending this war as soon as possible. However, I will be more realistic,” said the head of the Presidential Office , speaking in Halifax International Security Forum.
Yermak recalled that this year Ukraine achieved victory on the battlefield, liberating Kherson and advancing in the direction of Kharkiv.
“The war is going on, and I’m not ready to name the exact day and time when we will win. But it will definitely happen,” he stressed.
Recall that Gavrilov in an interview with Sky News said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can return the occupied Crimea this winter, and the war can be completed by the end of spring.
