Kirilenko said that in communities where there is no heating, heating points are equipped.
“Regional authorities have already allocated funds for the purchase of metal stoves, where there is a need and opportunity to install them. In addition, subventions have been allocated and distributed to communities, which will be used to buy fuel for the people. for the winter,” he said.
The head of Donetsk OVA noted that most people from front-line settlements have left, while the enemy continues to use scorched earth tactics in the region.
It should be noted that the head of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ruslan Martsinkiv, called on residents of multi-storey residential buildings to leave the city for the winter due to the worsening situation with energy supply.
