Recall that today President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the Ukrainian peace formula at the G20 summit, which includes 10 points.

In response, Lavrov called the Ukrainian President’s rhetoric “Russophobic and aggressive,” and also accused Kyiv of not wanting to negotiate.
